Return Policy

Because CCURATEDD is a marketplace of independent sellers, return policies may vary by seller. However, all sellers on our platform must comply with our minimum return standards outlined below.

"Not as Described" Claims

If an item you receive is significantly different from the listing description or photos, you may file a "Not as Described" claim within 14 days of delivery. This includes:

• Item is a different size, color, or material than listed
• Item has undisclosed damage or defects
• Wrong item was sent
• Item is counterfeit

How to Request a Return

1. Go to your order history and find the order
2. Select the item and choose "Report an Issue"
3. Describe the problem and upload photos if applicable
4. We'll review your claim and respond within 48 hours

Refund Process

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
