Seller Guidelines

Getting Started

Welcome to CCURATEDD! To start selling, you'll need to create a seller account, set up your storefront, and connect your Stripe account for payouts. Our onboarding process walks you through each step.

Product Listings

All listings on CCURATEDD must meet the following standards:

• Products must be apparel, accessories, or fashion-related items
• Photos must accurately represent the item — use natural lighting and show any wear or defects
• Descriptions must be honest and include material, sizing, and condition details
• Prices must be listed in USD and include all applicable costs except shipping and tax
• Counterfeit or replica items are strictly prohibited

Shipping Requirements

Every product must have a shipping profile that includes your ship-from location and estimated delivery window. You are expected to ship orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Tracking information must be provided for all shipments.

Customer Service

Sellers are expected to respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours. Maintaining a high rating for photo accuracy and shipping speed is essential to keeping your storefront active on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

• Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Circumventing the platform to process payments off-site
• Harassment or abuse of buyers or other sellers

Account Suspension

CCURATEDD reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these guidelines, receive consistently poor ratings, or engage in fraudulent activity.
