Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CCURATEDD ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

CCURATEDD is an online marketplace that connects independent fashion sellers with buyers. We provide the platform and payment infrastructure; we are not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account.

4. Buyers

As a buyer on CCURATEDD, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Pay for items you purchase, including shipping and applicable taxes
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• File claims honestly and in good faith

5. Sellers

As a seller on CCURATEDD, you agree to:

• List items accurately with truthful descriptions and photos
• Ship orders within 3 business days and provide tracking
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of goods
• Accept the platform fee of 12% on each sale
• Not sell counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items

6. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. CCURATEDD does not store credit card information. Sellers receive payouts to their connected Stripe accounts after the platform fee has been deducted. Sales tax is calculated and remitted by the platform where required.

7. Disputes

If a buyer believes an item is not as described, they may file a claim within 14 days of delivery. CCURATEDD will review the claim and may issue a refund at its discretion. Decisions made by CCURATEDD on disputes are final.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and design are owned by CCURATEDD. Sellers retain ownership of their product photos and descriptions but grant CCURATEDD a license to display them on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

CCURATEDD is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers. We do not guarantee that items will meet your expectations. Our liability is limited to the fees collected by the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Seller Guidelines, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
