How Shipping Works

CCURATEDD is a marketplace — each order ships directly from the individual seller. Shipping costs, delivery times, and ship-from locations are displayed on every product listing so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.

Shipping Times

Sellers are required to ship orders within 3 business days of payment. Estimated delivery windows are set by each seller based on their location and shipping method. Typical delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are set by each seller through their shipping profiles. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the seller's rates. Orders from multiple sellers ship separately and may have different shipping costs.

Tracking

Sellers are required to provide tracking information for all shipments. You'll receive tracking details via email and can also view them in your order history.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the seller and carrier to resolve the issue.
